The Inadvertent Owl
Item Description: Cabochon in red, black and blue with DRAW bezel and DCRAW rope. Rope is coloured in red and dark navy.
Item Construction Technique: Bezel constructed in DRAW with embellishments. Some bead embroidery has been used. The rope is constructed in DCRAW with variations in bead sizes creating “bumps”.

An original design by the artist. The piece is judged on creativity, technique, original design, wearability and uniqueness. It can include any type of beadwork, as long as it is an item of jewellery.
The winner receives the prestigious Elly Feldman award.
